Our 4th Annual Mac 'n Cheese Drive is off to a great start! We'll be posting public drop-off sites as they get set up. Collect boxes and cups (any brand) until April 16th to help make sure no child goes hungry over the school break. ???? #feedingthefuture

Happy 20th to Rosemont Market & Bakery! Jeff Lyons from our Rescue Team was on hand to help celebrate and express a heartfelt Thank You for a partnership that has spanned more than 10 years. Over that time, Rosemont has donated more than 100,000 pounds of healthy food for our crew to share with kids and families at risk of going hungry, while supporting local farmers and setting an example for doing good in our community. MECA! We got to see students in the Empty Bowls class from Maine College of Art & Design twice this week!! They were a huge help, filling about 100 green bags with fresh produce and bread and packing 35 family food boxes with us! We sent the bags home with students at Portland's East End Community School and Presumpscot School, and the boxes to families in Westbrook, Portland, and South Portland. Last week, Courtney got to see South Portland Middle's community school model in action: "They had their first annual Shark Team Night, where parents could go into the students' classrooms and immerse themselves in a lesson or two. From pickleball in gym class to practicing the drums in the music wing, it was lovely to see parents and their kids engaging in this way. As always, it's great to be invited to such events to meet parents and to see folks go home, filled with excitement, with fresh produce!" ?????? ?? #feedingthefuture
