It's really encouraging to see that funding for Amtrak modernization, expansion, and maintenance will continue to flow. We believe that reliable passenger rail service will be a critical contributor to rural development and rural-urban integration for decades to come, and we are looking forward to the planned stations and routes that will be coming back online across the U.S. in regions that we are targeting for our Places. Maybe we will even see the Surface Transportation Board do their job and actually enforce the passenger rail right of way preference for Amtrak finally. ????
