The first thing that I noticed about Load Monster when I was looking for a good trucking company to work with was not the pay, nor the trucks, nor the miles.?It was the fact that all the testimonials by the employed truckers were 5 stars! And all had only good things to say about driving with this company. That doesn’t come about unless you’re doing something right. Indeed, even my 3rd day on the job, one of their former employees came up to me at a Pilot and said how he missed them and tell them a big Hi! Everyone on the team has been helpful and easy to work with. The pay has been nice and on time. The load pickups and deliveries have been pretty much seamless. Any truck problems on the road have been handled promptly and quickly. The truck I’m driving, tho a little older, is a good runner. After working a little over a month, so far, all good!
