Strong takeoff for 2025! ABE announced on Monday that 74,038 passengers used ABE in January - an increase of 8.8% vs. Jan. '24. “There’s been no shortage of winter weather and cold temperatures which certainly can affect air travel. Fortunately, our winter operations team continues to be up to the challenge of keeping the Airport safe and passengers flying from ABE,” said Thomas R. Sharing the sadness with many across the #LehighValley regarding the passing of Amanda Buss. An amazing leader, person, and fighter, Amanda's legacy includes many impactful projects to help the Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley. She piloted the Take Flight Against Cancer program at ABE. Since its takeoff in 2021, hundreds of names have been added to these wings located inside the Main Terminal, with all donations supporting those fighting cancer. Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and colleagues at this time.
