Safety Director Jason Sellers brings over 20 years of experience in construction safety to LMC. He works closely with OSHA, AGC, and other industry partners to keep LMC at the forefront of the latest safety practices. ?????????????????? ????????????????! Completed in 2022, The Valfre at Avenida 26 transformed a former concrete plant into a vibrant community featuring 36 affordable housing units. Located in Forest Grove, the development honors Adolph “Val” Valfre, a Vietnam Veteran and retired Air Force Officer with 24 years of service. Beyond his military career, Valfre served as a Forest Grove City Councilor, was the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Washington County, and remains a dedicated public servant and resident of the community. The Valfre includes five residential buildings, a community building, a large lawn, a children’s play area, a plaza, garden beds, off-street parking for cars and bikes, a trash/recycling enclosure, and stormwater management systems. Outdoor spaces designed for gathering, play, and quiet reflection are nestled within the perimeter of the residential buildings, creating a private, secure environment for residents to enjoy the outdoors and connect with neighbors. The development is the result of a collaboration between DCM Communities LLC, the Housing Authority of Washington County, Cascade Management, and service providers Bienestar and Sequoia Mental Health Services. Located in Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood, ???????????? ?????????????? spans 1.65 acres and will provide 137 units of affordable family and permanent supportive housing across two buildings. Designed to support households earning at or below 30% and 60% of the AMI, the community will also offer on-site amenities, resident services, and employment opportunities. ?????????? is a four-story, 96-unit family building with studios and one- to four-bedroom units ranging from 400 to 1,200 square feet. Residents will enjoy access to a 4,000-square-foot community space equipped with a multi-purpose room, computer lab, teen room, fiber arts classroom, fitness area, resident lounge, social service offices, a children’s multicultural reading room, community garden, barbecue area, playground, and a shared courtyard with an exercise circuit. ???????????? consists of 41 units of permanent supportive housing within a four-story building for households at or below 30% area median income. All units will serve individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Amenities include a community room, telehealth room, laundry facilities, on-site resident services, and property management. Residents of both buildings will share access to the outdoor spaces, including a central courtyard designed to foster community connections. Big things are happening in Hillsboro at the future home of Dolores! Developed by Hacienda Community Development Corp. (CDC) and designed by Access Architecture, Dolores is named in honor of Latina agricultural labor advocate Dolores Huerta and will be a 67-unit, three-story, elevator-equipped, fully affordable housing development. Dolores will support families and communities of color with a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, and in partnership with New Narrative, ten of these units will be reserved for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. Community amenities include a garden, children’s play area, 74 parking spaces, solar panels, community rooms, and a courtyard with covered seating areas. #BuildingCommunities
