This year brought incredible milestones for my small business and my family. Welcoming a new baby was a life-changing joy, and thanks to my amazing team, I could take time off knowing our clients were in great hands. Together, we supported incredible businesses— creating social media strategies, launching new social media platforms, leading internship programs for future industry leaders, and driving event promotions. I also spoke at a handful of events, connecting with amazing women in the agriculture industry, and was able to judge showmanship at a national show alongside my sister. Lexi has some big news! She's soaking up every moment as a new mom.
Four weeks ago I received the best promotion. Oliver Jon Beeler gave me the title of "mom". As a small business owner, deciding how to balance my wonderful clients and wading into this new chapter of life has its challenges. I am fortunate to have an amazing team at LMB Consulting and understanding clients who have allowed me to take time off and enjoy/figure out the newborn moments. Charlie and I are adjusting to a little less sleep at night and a lot more love for our babe than we could've ever imagined. We greatly appreciate the well-wishes, prayers, and love sent our way over the past month.
