Our Rapid City team had the amazing opportunity to give South Dakota Governor's Office of Economic Development a tour of our newest downtown development, Block 5! It is rewarding to show how we are improving quality of life in our communities.

We are honored that The City of Sioux Falls selected us to build the third phase of the Downtown River Greenway, featuring Lloyd Landing. The generous donation from the Lloyd Family, gives Sioux Falls a beautiful riverfront park offering unique shelters, a dog run and breathtaking views of Falls Park. We look forward to the positive impact this project will have on The Steel District and the City of Sioux Falls as a whole.
