Earlier this month, our staff enjoyed a day out in Newport starting with a scenic ferry ride from Providence. Great to have time out of the office together, enjoy a fantastic waterfront lunch and beautiful architecture in Newport. We even stopped by an early project by Christian Ladds which converted a historic firehouse into a residence - it still looks great!

Last week, we celebrated two exciting milestones with?Community Prep School?- the opening of their new Arts & Athletic Center and 40 years as a school! LLB has been lucky enough to work with this special community over the past 20 years. We are so delighted to have helped create this special gathering space for them!
