Last month, we celebrated six months of Llanw! Here's what we've achieved in just half a year: ? Over 10,882 repairs completed ? 54 empty homes fully refurbished, with an average turnaround of 24.6 days ? We’ve made ￡312,000 in savings, which will go towards helping more customers The best part? We always ask for feedback from customers after completing our repairs, and out of 1,098 responses, 90% gave positive feedback and we've achieved an average score of 8.75 out of 10. We're really proud of our Llanw colleagues for the hard work they do, and we're looking forward to what the next 6 months bring!

Happy half-birthday to us! ?? Last month, Llanw turned six months old, so we held a business update and celebration event to highlight what we’ve achieved so far and to show our appreciation for our colleagues. Here’s a closer look at what happened last Friday: - Group Chief Executive, Jo Oak, kicked things off by sharing our future plans, including developing our people and services - Mike Gubb, Learning, Development & Performance Manager led a session on customer service and Sian Macnamara, Business Support Manager, talked to us about how we’re recording and analysing customer feedback after each repair - We enjoyed lots of food, coffee, and pastries ?? Shaun McGregor, Operations Manager, also gave an update on our recent achievements and Paul Price, Managing Director, shared some stats around how we’re performing so far. Ensuring safe and happy homes: a day in the life of our trade colleagues ??? Paul Price, Llanw's Managing Director, recently spent time in the community with our trade teams to see firsthand how they bring our purpose to life through the repairs they conduct. Paul got to see the skill our colleagues put into every job, ensuring each repair brings peace of mind to our tenants. While out on the ground, the teams carried out important health and safety checks following initial repairs to make sure the work has been completed safely and to a high standard.
