Last week we hosted the very first Growth Summit for LJB Inc. where we brought together our Business Development Executives, Client Experience Managers, Marketing Team and executive leadership to cast vision, build momentum and engage in strategic conversations. We had two full days of impactful discussion to better understand goals, roles & responsibilities, and strengths & weaknesses. We had time to explain our history, our services, and our resources available to our team for the purpose of empowering them to succeed. We were able to get into the tactical details on how to improve our process and approach. Over the last few months as we've been building this team we have used the phrase "we are building the plane while we are flying it" and the amount of dedication and progress this team has brought forth in a short amount of time is truly impressive. We will forever be tuning in and improving but our commitment to improving the quality of life for those around us is unwavering.
