Let’s take a moment to celebrate some seriously impressive stats: According to a 2024 Wells Fargo study, women-owned businesses are absolutely crushing it, driving incredible growth. These powerhouses added 1.4 million jobs and contributed a whopping $59.6 billion to the economy – all while navigating the pandemic. Talk about resilience! The Pew Research Center has some more exciting news: women now make up the majority of the college-educated workforce in the U.S., AND the gender pay gap has decreased over the last 20 years. And here’s a jaw-dropper: From 2019 to 2023, women-owned businesses grew at twice the rate of men-owned ones. Even more impressive? Between 2022 and 2023, that growth skyrocketed to 4.5 times faster!
