We are a firm that offers investment funds in the public securities space and the angel investing space. Livingston Capital Management advises two funds: Long/Short Hedge Fund: Livingston Capital Fund, L.P. uses proprietary quantitative screens and leverage to construct a Long/Short hedged portfolio of publicly listed securities.. We typically are invested in around 500 securities, both long and short. Angel Fund: Livingston Capital Ventures, L.P. is a co-investment fund which co-invests in startup companies that have already been researched and approved by NY based angel groups. Our annual target is 10-15 startup investments.
