Let us help: Choose the Certification + Self-Care route: Yoga as Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine is a comprehensive course of study you can finish in as little as 1 year. The Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine Certification can be finished in as little as 12 days (24 CEU's, on demand). LWI offers specialty CEU's in several topics. LWI also offers Professional Coaching & Self-Care Training for entrepreneurs and providers who need focused guidance and for self-development and business training. OR Choose the Self-Care route: LWI offers Yoga, Pilates, and other Mindful Movement Fitness Classes instructed by licensed healthcare providers who are experts in their field. *We also believe in giving back. We founded Synapse, a full-ride scholarship program for students enrolled in OT/PT program who sign up for a course with a faculty member or clinical instructor. This program is for students who want to learn the skills necessary to treat the whole person, body, mind and soul, through an integrative, functional and lifestyle perspective that is both evidence-based and best-practice.
