Join us live as Nancy is joined by inspirational guest Blake Leeper. For years, Blake always used the same prosthetics for running track. After almost qualifying for the 2021 Olympics, he received an email saying his legs were too long and gave him an unfair advantage. This meant he had to start over with shorter ones, but he made it happen. Tune in to hear how he bounced back and is now preparing for the next paralympic games at https://lnkd.in/gGaU2ucj. #LivingFullOut #BlakeLeeper #NancySolari #Perseverance #StayDetermined

Every career journey is filled with setbacks, and moments that test our resilience. But it’s not just about the milestones we reach—it’s about the obstacles we push through along the way. As Calton Fisk once said, “It is not what you achieve. It is what you overcome. That's what defines your career.” Remember, each challenge you face shapes and strengthens your future. #LivingFullOut #NancySolari #Career #Quote

Ever feel like technology is taking up more time than it should? As social media gets smarter and shows you videos you like to watch, losing time becomes an issue. To combat losing hours in the day, we need to get organized digitally. Here are three functional tips on how to take back your time from technology. 1.) Using Screen tracking Identifying digital habits and pattern sinkholes can be seen using screen tracking app, it tracks automatically on iPhone and Android. This built-in feature can monitor how much time you spend on a specific app or website. Within the app, you can set goals to reduce screen time. 2.) Establish when to use technology A major way to reduce usage of your gadgets is by scheduling when to read emails and messages at once. This prevents constant interruptions and maintains a healthy work-life balance. Avoiding technology before bed can also help you sleep better. 3.) Limiting app notification Prioritizing important alerts and disabling non-essential app notifications can minimize you checking your phone. The ding of the notification throughout the day can be very distracting. Disabling unnecessary notifications allows you to use your phone with purpose and make more time for you. #NancySolari #LivingFullOut #TechHabits #ScreenTimeManagement #DigitalWellness
