?? Bear Creek Mountain Summit 2024: Breaking Bear-iers Since 2017! ??? This year’s retreat at Bear Creek Mountain had it all—beautiful weather, incredible training sessions, and, yes, not one, but two surprise fire drills! ???? We’re now experts at both emergency exits and breaking barriers. Our amazing guides came together to reflect, strengthen relationships, and dive into training that highlighted areas for improvement with a clear path forward. We embraced our core values, resourcefulness, humility, and problem-solving—while enjoying the sunshine. Despite the “heated” fire alarms, it was a truly rewarding Summit where we celebrated our wins, laughed at the unexpected, and came out stronger than ever.
