The day was packed with insights, from project highlights and innovations to emerging market trends. It was an incredible opportunity for our team to gain a behind-the-scenes perspective and collaborate with members from various departments. As part of the experience, each participant completed emotional intelligence and Big Five personality assessments. These tools showcased the unique strengths every individual brings to the table, highlighting how diverse personalities contribute to building an extraordinary team. Participants channeled their inner civil engineers to design and construct an all new toy factory for Santa, showcasing creativity, structural genius, and holiday spirit. After careful consideration, the title of "Master Builder" goes to the Service 1st Federal Credit Union Team!? ?Their design wowed us with its thoughtful layout, sturdy construction, and innovative features that captured the essence of a modern, magical toy factory! This challenge wasn’t just about sweets and sparkles—it was a chance to experience the excitement of civil engineering, from planning and problem-solving to construction and creativity. The results were nothing short of inspiring! A huge round of applause to all participants for their incredible efforts. Each gingerbread creation was a testament to the magic of engineering and the joy of the holidays!
