Another unit renovation complete! Here's a sneak peek at the final product before we share before/afters later this week! We're excited to be raising the bar on rental housing in Ypsi and can't wait to find a great tenant for this unique space!

Building stewardship is about recognizing that you are only a small part of a building's story. This is a photo of Michigan Ave in Ypsi circa 1941. At the time, 114 W Michigan was home to Wild & Co Men's Wear. Today, 82 years later, it houses Yours Truly, the premiere event venue in Ypsi. We're approaching the final few weeks of a unit remodel project and are loving the look of the butcher block counters and stainless steel appliances we just installed (stove coming soon)! There's still a lot to do with this unit including building out custom closets and adding a ductless minisplit HVAC system — which will be challenging but worth it!
