It starts at 2am when anxiety won’t let you sleep. At 2pm when Slack pings trigger a spiral. On Sunday night when the dread creeps in. Traditional care models aren’t designed for those moments. Wave is. Our model integrates: ~ Coaches trained in evidence-based techniques ~ An app that personalizes care in real time ~ A transdiagnostic framework that focuses on skills, not symptoms Because people don’t experience mental health in silos. They live it in real-time, across stress, work, relationships, and identity. Mental health care should reflect that complexity—and still feel human. #mentalhealthtech #futureofcare #wellbeing #systemsthinking #coachingworks

The future of health tech is a conversation? Yes. And it’s one we’ve been having at Wave since day one. But let’s be clear—this isn’t just about better bots or smarter symptom checkers. It’s about rethinking the entire structure of care so that conversations are actually useful, compassionate, and tailored to real people’s lives. ?? Mental health isn’t a transaction. It’s not a one-off chat with an AI or a reactive Zoom therapy visit when everything falls apart. The real future? ?? It’s continuous care, not crisis care. ?? It’s personalized, not pathologizing. ?? It’s scalable, but still deeply human. That’s why Wave doesn’t just use AI—we design around it. Our "Recommengine" delivers meaningful, evidence-based nudges between sessions. Our coaches don’t just react—they partner. And our model works across the spectrum of severity, from subclinical stress to serious distress, without gatekeeping who “deserves” care. We don’t need more apps that talk. We need systems that listen, learn, and lead people somewhere better. Telemedicine 3.0 shouldn’t mean more tech for tech sake. It should mean better care. #MentalHealthInnovation #HealthTech #AIinHealthcare #WaveModel #BehavioralHealth https://lnkd.in/gYxsHH5q

Let’s retire the idea that coaching is “lightweight care.” Too often, behavioral health coaching is dismissed as a stopgap for people who aren't “sick enough” for therapy. But the data say otherwise. ?? In just 4–8 weeks, Wave coaching led to: 73% reduction in depression symptoms 50% reduction in anxiety 68% reduction in stress Even users with severe symptoms got better—often more than those with mild ones. Coaching didn’t just help. It outperformed expectations across the board. The real story here? Access, personalization, and human support work—when you stop gatekeeping care based on diagnostic thresholds and start meeting people where they are. #mentalhealth #coaching #digitalhealth #behavioralhealth #employeebenefits

Here’s the thing about digital mental health apps: People like the idea of them. But they don’t always trust them. Why? Because for years, we’ve seen: ? Mental health apps that collect a ton of data but don’t do anything useful with it. ? AI chatbots giving questionable advice and pretending to be therapists (k, maybe this one hasn't been happening for years, yet). ? Platforms that prioritize engagement over actual clinical outcomes. At Wave, we do it differently: ? AI is the assistant, not the therapist. We use it to enhance human care, not replace it. ? Data actually improves the user experience. We use structured, end-to-end data to personalize care—not to sell ads. ? We measure what matters. Engagement is nice. Outcomes are better. Let's have both, shall we? People deserve digital mental health that actually works. We’re here to build it. #digitalhealth #AI #mentalhealthtech

Work is stressful enough—now add political chaos and economic instability to the mix. A new survey finds that employees are struggling with their mental health, citing political turmoil and financial uncertainty as major stressors. And let’s be real—it’s not just stress; it’s affecting performance, focus, and well-being. The kicker? Most workplace mental health programs weren’t built for this. They focus on individual resilience when the real problem is systemic uncertainty. Telling employees to “practice self-care” when they’re worried about layoffs or national upheaval isn’t just ineffective—it’s dismissive. We need a?different?model of support. One that helps people build?flexibility, clarity, and connection—so they can navigate instability without becoming overwhelmed. At Wave, we see this firsthand. Coaching isn’t about?fixing?people—it’s about equipping them with real strategies to manage uncertainty, adapt, and stay grounded even when the world feels chaotic. And it works: Within weeks, 73% of our engaged users see reduced depression, and 68% see reduced stress.Instead of placing the burden of well-being solely on employees, let’s build workplace mental health systems that actually acknowledge reality. Because uncertainty isn’t going anywhere—but our approach to supporting people can evolve. Let’s talk and implement about what actually works. #MentalHealth #WorkplaceWellbeing #Leadership https://lnkd.in/gTDDqd32

?? ?? ?? HR is telling us they’re too overwhelmed to act on employee feedback! Huge red flag. If the people responsible for workplace culture and well-being are drowning in stress themselves, what do we think is happening to the rest of the workforce? This isn’t just about HR—it’s about how we’re structuring work overall. When the systems meant to support employees are maxed out, we don’t get better workplaces. We get "burnout" cycles, disengagement, and turnover (yes, even in HR). What if instead of overwhelming HR with more feedback they can’t process, we gave them scalable, evidence-based tools to actually support employees—AND themselves? Mental health solutions that are flexible, personalized, and don’t just push people into therapy they don’t have time for. Coaching models that help with skill-building in real time. Workplace strategies that don’t just collect feedback but drive action. We can’t keep expecting HR teams to fix well-being while they’re gasping for air. Time to rethink the system. #WorkplaceWellBeing #HRLeadership #EmployeeExperience #MentalHealthAtWork #FutureOfWork #ScalableSolutions #BurnoutPrevention #SystemsChange https://lnkd.in/gD4EcUeZ
