??Today marked a significant training day at RangeWater Real Estate featuring our signature custom programs led by in-house experts. We launched Ranger Roundup, our enhanced hospitality workshop with six more sessions on deck for October. Additionally, our new hands-on Maintenance Workshop also saw great success. And as always, our weekly virtual 10-Minute Takeaways and CM Series provide valuable express learning. Earlier this week, our newest home office Rangers participated in New Hire Orientation, a custom onboarding initiative that has received rave reviews over the past 18 months. Our dedicated onboarding coach has provided personalized support to 10 Rangers, ensuring newly hired and promoted Community Managers are set up for success. I'm proud of the tangible impact our tailored training programs have on our Rangers and the strong collaboration across Rangewater that drives this success. We’re cultivating Centers of Excellence that promote a dynamic culture of learning and development. #Rangeon ??
