"Non-small cell had the technology, it worked, it was feasible. Small cell technology has been a little bit more difficult because it has to capture the state, not a genetic change. There are emerging innovative therapies. We have been able to engineer compounds to work for us and I think they hold a lot of promise, but I think we should still continue to focus on early detection, early detection, early detection.
