Leaders throughout Illuminus were proud to represent our staff members, our peers in the field of senior living and – most importantly – the residents and families we serve as part of LeadingAge Wisconsin’s Advocacy Day on Tuesday. We are grateful to the elected officials who made the time to hear from us directly to better-understand the policies and funding decisions that impact the health and well-being of the older adults we serve. Meet Shontoya, one of our amazing Certified Nursing Assistants, who has been a part of the Illuminus family since October 2024. At LindenGrove Menomonee Falls, Shontoya brings kindness, compassion, and a true team spirit to everything she does. Outside of work, Shontoya loves spending time with her partner and two stepchildren, who mean the world to her. Her hobbies include shopping, watching movies, doing hair, and bowling. (Fun fact: her favorite food is lasagna, and her favorite color is red!) ?? Her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed! Here’s what residents, staff, and families have to say about her: ??
