?? Walkable communities designed to connect neighbors, local businesses, & all that cities have to offer.

关于我们

Culdesac builds walkable communities designed to connect neighbors, local businesses, and all that cities have to offer. Culdesac Tempe is our first walkable, mixed-use development project in Tempe, Arizona. It's now home to over 300 residents, 21 local businesses, and a thriving community. When the 17-acre project is complete, it will include over 700 homes for 1,000 residents. Rather than dependence on private cars, our residents enjoy a diverse portfolio of transportation options, including mass transit, e-bikes, and ride-hail. We partner with forward-thinking cities and transportation providers to open up new possibilities in urban development for projects like Culdesac Tempe to succeed. Together, we’re building a more walkable future for the U.S.

Quickly leasing to nearly 90% occupancy, Culdesac Tempe demonstrates the growing demand for walkable, connected communities. The best way to stay active is by living in a walkable neighborhood, but they're mostly illegal to build in the U.S. We're working to change that with our first project, Culdesac Tempe, proving that new walkable neighborhoods will thrive all across the country.

Three key lessons from Culdesac Tempe for building connected, welcoming communities: 1. Public plazas with local retail 2. Shared courtyards where you can run into neighbors or have a BBQ 3. Desert-adapted design that keeps the neighborhood cool
