    At 11, I had no idea where life would take me. Becoming a naturopathic doctor wasn't even on my radar since my family was already full of doctors. I wanted something different. Growing up in the mountains of Northern California, I was always fascinated by herbs and natural remedies. Living that hippie life, as you might say. In college, my friends would come to me for advice on natural remedies. Headache? Drink water and maybe some chamomile tea. Digestive issues? Try some ginger. Anxiety? How about a few deep breaths! Simple stuff, but oh so powerful. I also had my own chronic health issues as a teenager, and I resolved them totally naturally. From the young girl in this picture exploring the mountains to helping hundreds of women reclaim their gut health and overall well-being, I’m grateful for the whole journey and excited for what's to come!
