hi friends. today is election day, and we know today is fraught with anxiety, fear, anticipation, dread, frustration, anger - so many large, encompassing feelings that can swallow us whole without a second if we're not aware. at live oak, we're very much feeling these things too. so as both "live oak" but more importantly as individuals, some of us here had the capacity to share their self-care tips for today (or any day, but especially today!). in order to keep this post from being wildly long, we'll be posting our folks' thoughts as comments. if you've also got some tips to add, we'd love to hear them! today especially, though, prioritize yourself first. ⏩⏩⏩ tips to follow. ⏩⏩⏩
