Now Hiring in Admissions! Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from individuals seeking treatment or information about services. Information Provision: Offer detailed information about treatment options, program details, and address any questions or concerns. Admissions Coordination: Assist in scheduling assessments, completing necessary documentation, and facilitating the intake process. Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, referral sources, and community organizations to coordinate client admissions and ensure continuity of care. Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, utilizing electronic health record systems, CRM systems. Referral Source Communication: Engage and work with outside referral sources to accurately and appropriately place clients in the appropriate levels of care. Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma is required. Experience: Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field preferred. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, empathy, and organizational skills are essential. Compensation: Nights and Weekend Required. Rate of pay will be discussed based on experience.
