Detective's with LPDs Special Services Division had the opportunity to attend the Narcotics Officers Enforcement Association Criminal Investigation school this week. There were lots of good topics that were covered, including drug trend updates and investigative techniques. There was also a strong focus on investigators' safety and wellness.
