If you're unfamiliar with the alphabet soup that sometimes comes after therapist's names, an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is a significant professional achievement that comes after 2,000 supervised hours in the field. Passing this exam demonstrates proficiency in various domains of social work, including clinical skills like therapy, group organization, and community organizing. It also allows practitioners to independently provide mental health services and supervise other licensed social workers (LSWs).

We support this through a robust internship program and a comprehensive CEU initiative that equips clinicians to address systemic barriers and promote equity and inclusion in their work.
