Day 4 at #imts2024 is off to a great start! We had an exciting session at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) theater with Litmus and Centric Consulting, where William VanBuskirk explored how the joint Litmus / Tulip solution empowers customers to gain real-time insights through intuitive, user-friendly configuration of their manufacturing processes. Together, we enabled our shared customer to measure and respond to dynamic conditions across global operations. Lots of good discussions and some fantastic #AWSIoT announcements at IMTS - International Manufacturing Technology Show. These were some of the #questions I heard from customers at the first two days of the expo: 1?? How can we do more with our existing industrial data? 2?? How can we do product and factory simulations with digital twins? 3?? How AWS can help machine builders with their Smart Industrial Machines journey? 4?? How can we collect data from diverse and legacy equipment in the shopfloor? 5?? How easy is it to start using #GenerativeAi In our operations and products? 6?? And even.. Why AWS is in this industrial expo? Overall, we had good responses for all these and exchanged useful insights. It was clear here that customers have already started their digital journey, but now are looking to do more things at the cloud and edge and start leveraging or monetising the data they have.
