Proactive compliance for digital communications

关于我们

LitLingo helps businesses communicate better. Our AI proactively identifies problematic language in employee communications in real-time by flagging risky or non-compliant language before the message is sent. While you are busy writing, our algorithms are working hard behind the scenes to recalibrate any mishaps in your messaging and help you avoid risky conversations altogether. LitLingo integrates with all of the enterprise communication channels your company is already using (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk), providing real-time feedback to end-users, ensuring messages are in compliance, and your assets are protected.

With over $5.8 billion in #FCPA penalties in 2023, the necessity for strong #compliance programs is at an all-time high. Proactively monitoring internal communications is key in identifying and averting potential violations before they intensify. Highlighting ethical practices reduces risks and strengthens a culture of integrity within the organization. Our Global #ABAC Audit can significantly mitigate costly risks while fostering accountability and transparency.

We were honored to be mentioned during an Informa Antitrust Texas panel in Houston featuring Benjamin Christenson from the U.S. Department of Justice, Eli Glasser from Tyson Foods, Linh Duong from Align Technology, and Kaitlyn Barry from Baker McKenzie. Key takeaways: Compliance programs are key to avoiding costly fines and jail time, consistency and agility are essential in today’s regulatory environment, and a culture of compliance powered by technology is crucial for success. LitLingo’s AI platform enables companies to build more effective compliance programs by detecting antitrust risks earlier and reducing exposure. #ai #antitrust #compliance

Compliance Week 2024 Compliance Program of the Year | Former Chief Risk & Compliance Officer Albemarle | Compliance Tech Investor | Supporting Innovation & Mentoring in the Ethics & Compliance Community

One of the stated purposes of Integrity Bridge LLC is to support technology service providers developing innovative risk & compliance solutions. There has been much commentary in recent years around transaction monitoring, and I have been a big advocate of the ROI value of this in terms of risk mitigation and overpayment/fraud recovery. There has been less attention on communications monitoring as a compliance control. In the 2019 Evaluation of Antitrust Compliance Programs, the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division asks whether companies are monitoring the communications of employees. But communications monitoring has a role to play beyond antitrust. Traditional eDiscovery is so expensive, complicated and time consuming that it has deterred in-house teams from even considering it. And I used to silently weep every time I approved an invoice for ongoing data hosting fees. Which is why my curiosity was piqued when LitLingo approached me several months ago. LitLingo offers a new type of communications monitoring tool using really cool neuro-linguistic processing that significantly reduces the number of false positives vs traditional eDiscovery. But it’s the simplicity and flexibility of application that really stands them apart. It can be deployed: ?? to support investigations ?? to conduct periodic monitoring of high-risk employees ?? within Outlook, Teams, Slack and other communications tools to provide just-in-time monitoring support for Legal/Compliance teams or even guidance to employees when they have drafted or received a problematic document or communication. Think compliance-equivalent of Grammarly. So, if you are: ?? an in-house antitrust/anti-corruption counsel/chief compliance officer thinking about a targeted review of communications of high-risk employees ?? outside/in-house antitrust counsel doing HSR, EUMR or other merger filing work and are despairing at the deal documents being prepared by clients/M&A teams ?? an investment bank looking for ways to stop upsetting prospective clients by sending poorly worded deal pitch decks? ?? a competition/antitrust, anti-corruption or other enforcement body and are curious LitLingo is worth considering.?And assuming that your data privacy team have questions, LitLingo are ready to address them. You can learn more at www.litlingo.com?and in the attached case study. I have been so impressed I have joined LitLingo’s Advisory Board. But I take no commission from sales (from LitLingo or any compliance tech service provider). Where this gets really interesting is when you combine communications monitoring with transaction monitoring, and cultural health metrics. But that is for another time! #ethics #compliance #competitionlaw #antitrust #corruption #anticorruption #mergercontrol #EUMergerRegulation #EUMR #HSR #HartScottRodino
