Today is exactly 5 years from when I launched Litheos Marketing + Design! ?? Around the time I made the leap to quit my job and go all in, I heard a statistic that only about 50% of businesses make it to the 5 year mark. I remember thinking that if I could get to that point, then I would know I could do this long term. Well here I am! ???? It’s an accomplishment for sure — but as any founder knows, success is not measured in 5 year increments.
