BBC News reported that the consumer group Which? calls for broadband companies to drop their "unfair" bill increases this spring. In his response, our CEO Tom Williams reiterates support for the idea of banning mid-contract price hikes proposed by Ofcom and shares Lit Fibre’s promise of never to inflate our prices midway through your contract: “In the face of rising inflation, we believe that consumers shouldn’t have to worry about their internet bill going up unexpectedly.
