Most LinkedIn posts fail to capture attention. After analyzing countless posts, Lara Acosta, the queen of LinkedIn, shared a few powerful writing tips with me. Here’s how to fix your posts today: 1. Hook Keep it short (7-8 words max) Use numbers for clarity Address a key pain point 2. Bullet Points Stick to 3-5 steps Simplify complex ideas Show clear progression 3. Visuals Display results visually Use client screenshots Keep it clean and focused 4. Tone Ditch the jargon & buzzwords Stay conversational but confident Align with your audience’s struggles 5. Call-to-Action End with a strong statement Invite comments or DMs Use “hand-raiser” CTAs If your LinkedIn content isn’t generating engagement, this will change that.

I help CEOs and business leaders build a powerful personal brand that sets them apart, builds trust, and positions them as industry authorities.

If You Had Just One Hour, Who Would You Choose to Meet? Think about it—one hour with someone you deeply admire. No distractions. No gatekeeping. Just pure wisdom, insights, and an opportunity to ask them anything. Sounds life-changing, right? But here’s the hard truth ? One hour with the most reputable person won’t change your life if you don’t take action. I’ve seen people chase after mentorship, buy expensive courses, and gather endless resources… yet, they remain stuck. Not because they lack knowledge, but because they never execute. Even if your role model gave you a step-by-step blueprint to success, nothing will shift unless you actually apply what you learn. For me, if given one hour, I’d love to meet Lara Acosta Her insights and expertise are unmatched, and the value she shares on LinkedIn is simply inspiring. Thank you, Lara, for all that you do! Now, over to you If you had just one hour, who would you choose to meet? And why?

Make your story attract your ideal clients ?? | LinkedIn ghostwriter & Copywriter ???? | B2B Marketing specialist in the manufacturing industry ??

Whether it’s video, carousels, or whatever comes next… The next shiny thing is not the answer. I loved how Lara Acosta put it during yesterday’s webinar ?? “???? ???? ?????? ?????? ?????????? ???? ???????????? ???? ???????????????? – ?????? ?????? ?????????? ???? ??????! ???????? ?????????????????? ?????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ???? ??????????.” And then you pack it just right so it: ?? Suits your voice ?? Suits the platform ?? And tells the story in a way that attracts the right reader for you. The FOMO is real, and some new shiny things will always keep popping up. But that doesn’t mean you have to chase every trend the moment it appears. And that’s OK. If a certain type of content doesn’t feel authentic to you, it will take: ?? Additional resources ?? Extra time ?? And don’t forget the learning curve For example, writing feels most natural to me, and it works well, for ME. So the key is to first find what works best for YOU and then double down on that. Because if everyone did the same thing, where’s the fun in that, right? ?? P.S.: I think this turned out to be what I needed to hear sometimes, and I hope it helps you too.? ?????? ???? ?????? ???????? ???? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????????? ????????? ??????????, ???????? ?????????? ????, ???? ?????????????? ????????-????-???????????????????? ???????????????

Lara Acosta just let the cat out of the bag! Lara has found an African soul-mate on LinkedIn! I got talking with a creator here on LinkedIn who allayed her worries to me on the observation she made on LinkedIn... One of her observations is that some or most people are now forming cliques in engagement. I was somehow confused She continued that no matter how many times little creators engage in some big creators content, they will not reciprocate for a day. I encouraged her to continue to engage, even if these 'Big creators' do not engage, and not take offences or pay back! Because when you engage on people's content, the benefits rubs off on you that is engaging than the content creator. However, these are some of the things 'Big creators should stop, and start doing instead?? Stop commenting only on posts that have only high engagements on Linkedin Stop despising the 'little creators beginnings because you were once a little creator, before you became big' Stop selecting the creators that you comment on their posts. E.g, if it is not someone without a number of followers and engagements, you will not drop your comments Because you do not know where your target audience are. You don't know if the your next client is hidden in the connection of that creator that has 1 like, 3 comments Your comment on people's posts can bring you inbound leads! Your comment on people's posts can bring you visibility. It makes you a thought leader! Start: ??Engaging on your connection's content including the small creators with little engagements. ??Reciprocate good gestures especially to those small creators that always engage in your post, just the same way Lara Acosta has started doing! ??Help the small creators to build by attending their live events, etc and mentor them without charging them to get it right, always. ??If you see a small creator making a mistakes, DM him or her to make it right, and don't use him or her to make a post criticizing her post either directly or indirectly. Recognize you were a small creator before you became a big creator, and someone helped you to grow, so let's help the little ones grow. Engagement on people's content is highly beneficial to the commentator! And there is no rule that says 'It is only in the big creators content that your target audience is sitting pretty' ?? Start engaging on everyone's content today! From: voiceless small creators! ?? PS: One of my LinkedIn rules is to engage on anyone's post on my feed, according to the time I slated out for engagements, no matter if the person has a high followership or engagements. Have you noticed that there is a clique now in engagement on some set of people's content? Have you consistently engaged on a big creator content as a small creator with no reciprocity? What is your experience? Let me hear your thoughts! Repost so all 'Big creators' can hear the cries of the 'small creators #LinkedInEngagement #ContentVisibility #PersonalBrandGro

0 to 241k+ on LinkedIn. I spent 2 hours analyzing Lara Acosta's content strategy. Here's the complete breakdown of what actually worked for her! Content Mix that drives engagement: ?? 45% - Personal transformation stories ?? 25% - Step-by-step frameworks ?? 20% - Data-backed insights ?? 10% - Lead magnets The secret behind her viral posts: ??Hook length: Maximum 2 lines ??Story structure: Problem → Solution → Lesson ??Visual format: Text-only posts perform best ??Posting time: Early morning EST (highest engagement) ??Response rate: Comments replied within 30 minutes What makes her different: ??Zero stock photos ??No engagement pods ??Pure value-driven content ??Consistent brand voice ??Stories that actually happened Content themes that got her here: ??LinkedIn growth frameworks ??Personal branding tips ??Behind-the-scenes of building her academy ??GenZ entrepreneurship insights ??Career transformation stories Phase-wise growth! ??Phase 1 (0-100k): Daily posts + heavy engagement ??Phase 2 (100k-200k): Quality over quantity ??Phase 3 (200k+): Focus on community building Current: Only 3-5 high-impact posts per week Most people trying to grow on LinkedIn focus on tactics. But here's what I learned from her journey - Build genuine connections, share real stories, and focus on helping one person at a time. That's how you go from 0 to 241k+ followers. I hope this helps!?
