Jam will shut down on July 15. After 3+ years of listening all the updates, insights, news, and experiences shared on Jam, we’re still convinced there’s a future for the short audio format: it’s the most authentic and accessible way to communicate at a time when authentic and trustworthy ways to communicate are more important than ever. A side project we've been working on...
Your star employee wants to leave. Can you persuade them to stay? We've built some chat-based role-play games to help sharpen soft skills... especially valuable in hybrid environments where more conversations are happening over Teams or Slack. As well as the role-play itself, you receive a score and feedback on the interaction. It's a great way to practice a tough conversation or just think through some of the possible directions a chat may go. I'd love to hear how you get on with Jess and whether she decides to stay!
