    Flexibility & Community? ? Last week, our staff team gathered onsite, and these two values took center stage. ? ???Flexibility?– The Seattle area doesn’t see much snow, but of course, it was forecasted?all three days?of our meetup. With weather apps in hand, we adjusted plans—changing locations, shifting schedules, and making it work. The best part? Everyone made it, and we got to connect in real life. ? ???Community?– One of our core values, but one that can be challenging in a remote-first world. Being together reminded us just how much magic happens when we connect face-to-face. When asked what we hoped for from the onsite, our team shared this: ? Connection Alignment Celebration Clarity Time to reflect on the big picture ? By the end of our time together, we had all of that—& more. Moments like these remind us why investing in real connections matters, even in a remote-first world. Here’s to more flexibility, more community, & more moments that bring us together.
