It all started with a road trip, two snoozing kids in the backseat, and our fearless founder, Brea Starmer, brainstorming the future of what is now Lions & Tigers. ???? Inspired by #TheWizardofOz, Brea reflected on Dorothy’s incredible leadership—bringing together allies, navigating challenges, and charting a path home. ????? The imagery of lions and tigers emerged: fierce, courageous animals, often led by female-dominant communities. It was bold. It was us. And not even a hired creative team of women could top the idea (trust us, they tried). ?????? At Lions & Tigers, courage is more than one of our Core Values—it’s our heartbeat. ?? With determination and resilience, we lead with long strides and our heads held high, pushing boundaries in pursuit of what’s possible. ???? ???? Last week, we traded emails and deadlines for frosting and sprinkles during our virtual holiday cookie decorating event! As an all-remote #blendedworkforce of staff + #consultants, finding moments to connect is like adding that perfect dash of sugar to the season—it makes everything sweeter. ?? With pre-made cookies and decorating kits sent in advance to each of us, we hopped on a virtual call to share laughs, creativity, and even some questionable cookie "art" ??. Family members and little helpers joined in, reminding us how sweet connection can be—literally and figuratively. ? Community is one of our #CoreValues at L&T. We believe in coming together with intention to lift one another up, creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and represented.
