Our ED Hannah Berry spoke at Project for Public Spaces’ Public Markets conference last year, an important event for stakeholders who align with our mission at Lions & Rabbits Center for the Arts. Call for Proposals have now opened, and this year it's taking place in the Midwest (Milwaukee). Here's what Hannah had to say about the experience: "Last year, I had the privilege of speaking at PPS International Markets Conference, where we explored the power of placemaking and how community-led initiatives can transform market spaces. Innovation is so much more than AI, and it's all around us as placemaking transforms public spaces through art and collaboration. "Our job is to show them public art isn’t just about beautifying spaces.
