For 16 years, I climbed the corporate ladder, earned bigger titles, more money, and a better network. It was tough — long hours, family sacrifices, and a constant battle to stay ahead. It left me drained, not energized. Then, I built my own business. Turns out, it's hard too, with uncertainties and risks. But this challenge is 100% mine. Every exciting win and miserable loss is owned by me. So, what will your challenge be? If it's a traditional career, that's great. But it's tough, so gauge your fulfillment. Unfulfilled? Forge your own path. Pick the challenge that ignites your passion and gets your ass out of bed every morning on fire for the work.
