LinkedIn featured my commenting strategy. 100+ comments. Every day. Without fail. Here's how: Add a "LinkedIn hour" to your work schedule. Me? I have a full "commenting hour" Monday through Thursday. Meaning: I keep myself "booked" on my posting days. Same time, every single time. (I suggest everyone do this, even if 15min per day) This way, you won't miss a day of posting. This way, you won't miss a day of engaging. This way, your community will always be there. You don't lack time → You lack planning. Bonus tips: 1. Add 2-3 more, shorter spurts (5-15 mins) and visit the main feed to find new posts to comment on. 2. Organize your commenting strategy so that you're commenting on 4-5 "new" people every single day. 3. Analyze your comment interactions with Linkbound and DM your "warmest" leads → start conversations. ??? 4. Never post and ghost, no matter how busy you get. Rather skip a day of posting. I got booked out 3 years in a row with LinkedIn (without sending a single cold DM) Look, I'm not against cold DMing or outreach to prospects → I'm against doing it too soon. Truth is: Most of you DM complete "strangers". They don't know you. They can smell your sale coming from a mile away. So 99.9% of the time, it's crickets. Instead, focus on "warm outreach": 1. Write super-valuable comments / replies 2. Don't merely "respond" → "add" to posts 3. Actively look for your ICPs on others' posts 4. On your own posts, prioritize ICP comments 5. On your own posts, respond to new folks too! 6. Create a sheet with your "warmest" prospects 7. Track how many interactions you have with them 8. After minimum 5 / optimally 10 → reach out via DM (I built my own tool for warm outreach → Linkbound) 99% of the time, I get a response here. Why? Because the familiarity is already there. Because I've already built trust. They know me. Because I've earned the right to "sell" at this point. Any sooner than 5 interactions? Not sure.
