This year’s theme, "Unpacking STEM Careers: Her Voice in Engineering," highlights the power of technical skills in shaping the future. From construction ?? to automotive ??, welding ??, electrical engineering ?, and IT ??—women and girls are proving that they belong in every sector. Yet, the reality is that women remain underrepresented in technical fields. It’s time for change. Here’s how we can make a difference: ?
