Goodman was most recently North American Talent Acquisition Manager at Momentum Worldwide, where she focused on hiring marketing professionals nationally to work with Momentum’s Fortune? 500 clients. During her tenure at Edelman in New York, Goodman engaged with account teams and hired public relations professionals for various industry practices including healthcare, consumer, corporate, public affairs, sports & entertainment, and digital. Prior to joining Edelman, Goodman was a Human Resources Associate at Ruder Finn, where she recruited for their healthcare and consumer practices and Executive Training Program. Goodman started her recruitment career as an Associate Recruiter at Heyman Associates, a boutique executive search firm specializing in public relations recruitment, where she identified outstanding candidates to fill positions at Fortune? 100 companies. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Michigan.
