LPB sent 2 teams to play in the 2024 GCPS F&O Classic Fall?Golf Tournament that supports Relay for Life this past Monday @Royal Lakes Golf & Country Club.?LPB is proud to help support such a great cause. ? We are going to claim this one as “the shot” of the tournament!?No two are the same and that is definitely true with this one teetering at the edge of no return.?Our team pushed through and got a par out of it!?Way to go!

Lyman Hall Elementary School LPB joining with Hall County Schools, Spurlock, Breedlove Land Planning Inc, Allegion US and Parrish Construction Group to plan and create space where learning, growth and fun meet. In 2+ years, Lyman Hall Elementary School now has a new 2-story building addition, new Art Learning Commons and new renovations at existing Cafeteria with new Clinic. Project was finished in 2 phases which includes demolition, replacement, addition, expansion and relocation. On site work includes new pick-up canopy/driveway, new parking space and new playing field!?

Ribbon Cutting for Midway Elementary School! Designed by LPB and Constructed by Carroll Daniel Construction, the new Midway Elementary School is a replacement of a 1960’s era school approximately one mile away. The new school is a technologically advanced building for kindergarten through fifth grade students. It features 63 K-5 classrooms, Special Education classrooms, Art, Music, Media, Computer, and Multi-purpose spaces allowing for a full curriculum. A full size gym is provided. The building has clerestory openings for natural lighting, energy efficient LED lighting controlled by occupancy sensors, energy efficient HVAC systems and plumbing systems. The building is designed with durability in mind using a steel frame and masonry walls, decorative porcelain tile floors in corridors, decorative polished concrete floors in the cafeteria, and LVT flooring in classrooms. The school’s mascot and colors are used for accents throughout. A secure entry vestibule opens into a welcoming lobby with a high curved ceiling, natural lighting, and decorative pendants. Acoustical wall panels are used in the Lobby, Cafeteria, and Gym for sound dampening. ?A 500 (+) foot main corridor runs east west to connect all classroom corridors and to provide a naturally lit spine in the center of the building to help bring the outside inside. While providing a large footprint, the one-story facility provides ease of use for faculty and students.
