??Thrilled to Share a Milestone Moment?? I feel honored and humbled to have served as the?2024 Keynote Speaker?for the prestigious?Simon Lecture Series?at Michigan State University. ????? I had the privilege of diving into one of my favorite projects:?understanding risk-taking in simulated auto racing! ???? Risk-taking is at the core of so many human decisions, from the race track to our everyday lives. Exploring how drivers adjust their behaviors based on perceived gains and losses not only reveals a lot about the psychology of risk but also offers broader implications for decision-making in high-stakes environments. The energy in the room was electric, and the great questions will resonate with me for a long time. ??Thank you to Michigan State University, Albert Cohen, and the?Simon Lecture Series?Team for inviting me to share my research and connect with a community so passionate about the intersection of behavioral science, risk economics, actuarial science, and real-world applications.
