Removing some dated cargo facilities at DFW Airport. Not really a side of the airport most folks see, but rest assured, as a consumer, you reap the benefits of these logistics terminals. ? ?? Daniel Yates #demolition #demo #excavation #heavyequipment #heavyequipmentoperator #dirtworld
关于我们
Lindamood, Inc. is proud to say we have been a family owned business since its inception in 1974 by Bobby Lindamood Sr. in Irving, Texas. Bobby was a hardworking and gentle hearted man who genuinely cared about his job, his family, and his friends. He considered everyone a friend, especially his employees, and believed he was no better than anyone else. Bobby Lindamood Sr. was always the person anyone could turn to for help and they knew he would always be there for them. On June 22nd, 2009, Lindamood Demolition lost a legend. Since then, his wife and right-hand, Kayla Lindamood assumed the role of President and Chief Estimator at Lindamood Demolition. Kayla Lindamood has over thirty-five years of industry knowledge and expertise and continues to use the knowledge Bobby Lindamood Sr. taught her to help run the business today. She is known not only for her dedication to her work, sharp mind and keen intellect, but also as a kind person who believes in taking care of her family, friends, and employees. Lindamood Demolition has a carefully assembled a team of employees who take pride in their work, dedicate themselves to the quality and professionalism they deliver to their job. Every member of our team maintains responsible attitude toward safety and environmental issues, as well as a positive, opportunist outlook to both their own individual future and the future of the company. Our Mission at Lindamood Demolition is to provide exceptional demolition and dirt work services to our clients in a timely, budget conscious manner. We promise to hold our work and customer service to a high professional and industry standard, and always remember to emphasize safety and environmental protection throughout our company while staying true to our culture and company beliefs. Don’t have much around here that our welders don’t touch. Trucks, equipment, attachments, you name it. If we need something custom fabricated or need a repair, they’re on it ?? ? ?? Daniel Yates #excavation #demolition #trucking

Couldn’t have asked for a better team — or project outcome.
Our #SGAustin team was honored to receive an Austin AGC Outstanding Construction Award for The University of Texas at Austin Frank Erwin Center Demolition project! With heartfelt gratitude, the team dedicated this award to Master Builder/Senior Superintendent Jeff Hulett, who sadly passed away after the project's completion. The 500,000-square-foot sports and entertainment venue, nicknamed "The Drum," was originally built in 1977 and was removed to make room for an expansion of the university's medical center. Due to the structure's proximity to medical facilities and high-traffic areas, our team worked closely with BSA LifeStructures and the demolition experts at Lindamood, Inc. to implement a strategic dismantling procedure that would reduce noise, dust, debris and vibrations in order to have the lowest impact on the surrounding area and the environment. Over 7,000 tons of metal and 52,000 tons of concrete were removed from the site - to put the quantity into perspective, that equals 31 Statues of Liberty worth of metal, and one Titanic worth of concrete! Additionally, 80% of materials removed from the site were able to be recycled or salvaged - an accomplishment that has inspired researchers to use the project as a blueprint for sustainable demolition in the future. That’s a wrap on an unforgettable trip to the 2025 National Demolition Awards in NOLA! Team Lindamood had an incredible time connecting with industry peers, learning about the latest innovations in demolition, and strengthening relationships with our valued vendors. But the best part? The opportunity to build camaraderie as a team. From insightful discussions to an adrenaline-pumping gator airboat tour, this trip was one for the books! Grateful for the experiences, the knowledge gained, and the people who make this industry what it is. Until next time! #Demolition #NDA2025

Kayla is the CEO and Owner of Lindamood. Since 1980, she’s been a driving force in the business, wearing just about every hat you can imagine at different times. Following Bobby’s passing in 2009, she has lead the company alongside her son, Jake, in the completion of some of the largest, most complex demolition projects in the our history — all while massively growing the exacavation and trucking arms of the business. Outside of work, Kayla is a proud mother of three and a doting grandmother who cherishes making lasting memories with her grandchildren. An advocate for women in business, Kayla believes in the power of confidence and independence, and she leads by example every day. Thank you, Kayla, for the blood, sweat, and tears you’ve put in to build a company that provides employment for hundreds and builds / supports infrastructure that is used by millions. ?? #WomenInConstruction

Virginia just hit 29 years with Lindamood last week — and she’s still working. As far as Women In Construction go, she’s seen more than most and has been a key support holding our company up over the years. Lindamood would not be what it is today without Virginia’s contributions and tenacity. Thank you for your countless hours, energy spent, and the care with which you’ve always treated your work and teammates. We’re proud to have you, Virginia. ?? ? ?? Historically, the construction industry isn’t easy for women to get into. That’s part of why we’re incredibly proud to be a WBE certified (Woman Owned) business — — and we’re incredibly proud of the women who keep Lindamood afloat - both in the office and field. Happy WIC Week to all the badass women in our industry. ???? ? ?? Daniel Yates #womeninconstruction #nawic
