Our office is closed every Election Day to make sure everyone has an opportunity to get out and exercise their right to vote. This year felt especially important for our vote to be our voices so we all took advantage of that chance yesterday.

I've always connected with the notion that good business becomes better business when serving people and our planet. And this week I got to sit with some of the best CEOs in the country doing just that! Huge gratitude to one of the founders of the Conscious Capitalism movement and now their CEO, Timothy Henry for an inspiring week. The CEO summit gave us intimate access to the leaders showing us the way, from the Whole Foods, Patagonia, Vital Farms and many more inspiring founders. Timothy recently guided our team at Lincoln Healthcare Leadership through the exercise to codify our Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values. I'm excited to unleash not only our potential at Lincoln, but the literal 100s of organizations we serve with our Leadership content. Kudos to Dorothy Davis Davis and Thomas Grape who are part of our 100s and were in attendance.
