Our Mission The Lincoln Children's Museum invites children to create, discover and learn through the power of play. About the Museum Build, dance, play, climb, create, sing, and laugh at the Lincoln Children's Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska. Here you can be whatever and go wherever your imagination takes you! The Lincoln Children's Museum offers three floors and 23,300 square feet of hands-on exhibits and imaginative programs that allow children and adults to discover the adventure of learning through play together. The Lincoln Children's Museum is a private non-profit, 501(c)(3), that receives no city, state or federal tax dollars.

Attendees of the Young Writers Camp through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln visited the Lincoln Children's Museum for a little inspiration as part of a project they are working on. We love opportunities like these to see kids at heart engage in learning through play!

The Lincoln Children's Museum is so much more than the physical Museum itself. We put that into action this weekend with... ?? STEM projects with Saratoga Elementary students during their Fun Night ?? Electricity in Action with our friends from Lincoln Electric System right outside the Museum doors ?? Crafting apple trees at Antelope Park during the Arbor Day Foundation's #arbordaylnk event ?? Gathering our educators for summer camp training ?? Hosting Ultimate Birthday Parties at the Museum after-hours ?? AND we welcomed over 500 guests to create, discover, and learn through play at the Lincoln Children's Museum throughout the weekend. That's the power of play at work!
