Our latest Origin Bank project was a full remodel of an existing bank building originally constructed by Lincoln Builders in 1978. The building will not only serve as a new banking center for Origin, but also enhances downtown Ruston in a dramatic way by completely renovating this iconic location, totaling over 20,000 square feet of building and covered areas. Donaldsonville Library Grand Reopening: A Community Milestone On Saturday, September 7th, the long-awaited reopening of the newly remodeled Donaldsonville Library was celebrated with great excitement. Hundreds of community members gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, eager to explore the library's enhanced offerings. Lincoln Builders was honored to be part of the rededication ceremony, contributing to this significant project alongside local and state officials, Multistudio, and various contractors. The collaborative effort to build this vital community hub is a testament to the shared vision of fostering knowledge, creativity, and connection within Donaldsonville. We’re pleased to announce significant progress on the Plastipak Expansion project here at Lincoln Builders. With steel framing going up, the 200,000 sqft pre-engineered metal building will provide Plastipak with the additional space needed to support their operations. Sugar Mill Primary School in Prairieville, Louisiana, is a public school built by Lincoln Builders, Inc. for grades kindergarten through 5th grade. Sugar Mill was built to provide education for 740 students in the community. The building is approximately 81,620 square feet, constructed with a structural steel frame and a combination of stucco, masonry veneer, and metal wall panel exterior finishes. Despite the project beginning during the height of the pandemic, and facing supply chain and other unforeseeable pandemic-related issues, our team and subcontractors were able to finish the school in a timely manner. #ascensionparish #LouisianaCommercialConstruction #LincolnBuilders #CommunityBuilders
