Who are we? At LINC, we offer professional solutions for an increasingly personality-centered working environment. We use models from modern personality psychology for our tools and services in order to provide our clients with real psychological insights. The core of our offering is the Big Five-based personality analysis LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER (LPP) which takes into account a person's motives and skills as well as their character traits. In this way, the personality is captured holistically. All of LINC's services focus on people and their individuality. Instead of evaluating and measuring people we want our services to enable them to get to know their own potential and further develop their personality.
