??? Team Member Spotlight: Keeper ??? This week we want to highlight Keeper, the most dapper and beloved member of our team here at Lin Law LLC. Rescued from a heartbreaking situation of neglect in Texas, Keeper has truly lived up to his name by capturing the hearts of everyone he meets.? After being saved by Rescue the Animals in Abilene, Texas, Keeper received life saving medical care before being transported to Our Pack Animal Rescue here in New London, Wisconsin. There, his journey of recovery continued and prepared him for his new life. In January 2024, Keeper found his forever home with Rachel Charles, our compassionate paralegal who is dedicated to rescuing senior animals, and her husband.? Since then, Keeper has become an essential part of the Lin Law team as nobody brings more joy into the office at 8:00 A.M. than him. Every time he comes to work, he takes his office duties very seriously as he is always sporting one of his many dashing neckties. His favorite part of the day is greeting everybody, especially because it means he will be getting lots of attention. His charm, warm personality, and eagerness for affection make him an instant favorite with everyone. When he’s not hard at work, Keeper enjoys napping, chewing on bully sticks, requesting belly rubs, and occasionally “helping” out with his coworkers leftovers during lunch. Keeper’s story is truly one of resilience and is a testament to the power of love and second chances, and his happy-go-lucky attitude brings joy to everyone around him. #officedog #linlawllc #rescueanimals #senioranimals

???? Join Us in Welcoming Andrew E. Martzahl to Lin Law LLC ???? We are pleased to announce, introduce and welcome our newest attorney, Andrew Martzahl, to Lin Law LLC. Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Corporate Law, and Real Estate.? As a Green Bay native and loyal Wisconsinite, Andrew earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After his graduation from UW-Madison, Andrew decided to continue his education and simultaneously earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School, where he graduated cum laude, along with his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University. During his time at Marquette, he served as the President of the Marquette Law Estate Planning Society and worked as a research assistant on federal estate tax law.? Furthermore, Andrew’s background includes his legal experience at an Am Law 200 firm—one of the top two-hundred (200) largest law firms in the country, as recognized by Law.com and American Lawyer magazine, where he advised his clients – primarily companies in the manufacturing, food & beverage, and construction industries, and their owners – in the areas of wealth planning, mergers and acquisitions, business and transactional law, and business formation. This distinguished experience has provided him with advanced skills when it comes to delivering comprehensive legal guidance making him an invaluable addition to our team. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys the great outdoors where you can find him golfing, hiking, fishing, or hunting. Following that, he is a committed supporter of all Wisconsin sports teams. Naturally, as a die-hard Packers fan, he’s counting down the days until he can hopefully and finally get his own season tickets which he is on the waitlist for.? ??National Estate Planning Awareness Week: “Think Pink” Day ?? As part of National Estate Planning Awareness Week, we felt it was important to dedicate a special day to support another important cause that is recognized during the month of October—Breast Cancer. To honor both causes, we combined our efforts to raise awareness for breast cancer while dressing in pink and wearing the symbolic pink ribbon pins. We came together with pink candy bags, a “Who Do You Think Pink For?” sign, and informational sheets including statistics, risk factors, and how you can help breast cancer. We know that the lives of too many have been touched by breast cancer, whether through personal experience or the journey of a loved one, making it a cause that we are proud to support. Today was a meaningful day to increase awareness for both causes and remind everybody that planning for your future, whether it is in relation to health or estate planning causes, is key. #thinkpink #breastcancerawarenessmonth #estateplanningawareness

With an esteemed career in Estate Planning, Real Estate, Probate and Business Law. He graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in business and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. Evan’s local roots along with his educational background have allowed him to cultivate a reputation for excellence in his work as he is genuinely passionate about what he does?in helping clients with their estate planning and business needs.??He truly is deeply committed to his?relationships with his?clients, taking the time to understand their individual needs and goals, and catering to them by providing customized solutions to ensure his clients are satisfied and taken care of with peace of mind.? As a Green Bay native with Midwest grit, Evan’s strong ties to the community is what drives his passion to give back.
