Little win for this Monday Morning - Last year on April 1: Lime Social Club had 1,000 followers. I was so freaking excited to hit that (had my friends boyfriend follow me so I could hit the number!) Today we hit 5k with organic content only. Can't wait to see what we can do through the rest of 2025 ??

2 years ago I went freelance - Scared of leaving a salary, healthcare, and stability, but so excited to see what I could do. Today, Lime Social Club started its first office lease (the smallest, closet-sized office, but still!!!) Persistence is starting to pay off -- Cant wait to keep growing.

Last night walking home I couldn’t help but think: 11-year-old Caite would be amped that this is my life right now.? & 60-year-old Caite I think will be proud to say this is what I did. I usually like to frame my decisions thinking about the past + future judgements I have on it (helps take fear out of the equation). But gee -- I feel lucky that this is the work I get to be doing. "Drinking is the new cigarettes" I was on a call and someone said that to me – & then it kinda clicked… Over the last 18-months I have been betting on experiential activations outside the bar scene. Not because I don’t drink (I love a good cocktail, and some pool) but because my lifestyle choices overall don’t align with what bars & alcohol have to offer me. Even at Lime Social Club, more and more of our members are choosing spaces where the focus is on movement, wellness, and community. Why? Well here’s my guess.. - People want to feel energized - People are prioritizing meaningful connections, conversations, and experiences. - Wellness has shifted from a trend to a lifestyle – and alcohol is getting more and more exposure for its negative effects. - People are lonelier than ever, and now-a-days you don’t tend to make new friends in a bar (if you have, I applaud you!) So my big bet: Dry January won’t end the way it used to—it’s a mindset that’s sticking around. And as a marketer, it’s a reminder to create spaces, products, and messaging that meet this new energy. What are you seeing? Is drinking is the new cigarettes? Are your circles leaning into this shift, too? ??

I recently learned that Lime Social Club's Head of Boston Community, Taylor Urlich, is on a mission to complete all six world majors—and in just 3 weeks, she’ll only have one marathon left. For those unfamiliar, the world majors include NYC, Boston, Chicago, Berlin, London, and Tokyo. Each course presents its unique challenges, beyond the already intense mental and physical demands of running a marathon. (Taylor will only have Tokyo Left after 11/3!) Runners are a breed of their own. They embody grit, determination, and relentless pursuit of excellence. They’re tough on themselves, but they’re also each other’s biggest supporters. It’s a network, a community, and an atmosphere like no other—where the cheers on the sidelines fuel every step, and the camaraderie keeps you pushing forward even when your body says stop. Taylor is the epitome of this spirit. She’s shown us all what it means to stay committed to your goals, embrace discomfort, and rise above the challenges that stand in your way. I couldn’t be prouder to know her and witness the incredible impact she’s making—both within Lime Social Club and beyond. This Saturday, 9/28 is... THE LAST #energyrun OF THE SUMMER! GNGR Labs partnered with Lime Social Club to bring to life runs throughout the summer months in NYC. Each getting bigger than the last. We have partnered with Pitch and Run, AthletEX, HOKA and others to bring together one final run for the summer with refreshments from... of course, our favorite, GNGR Labs. I'd love for you to come (especially if you've been contemplating trying a run club!) These gatherings are so much fun, and really pull in some of the brightest people in the area. I'm stoked for it.
