FMPA officially took ownership of an Orlando-area, natural gas combined cycle generation plant yesterday. The facility, newly named Sand Lake Energy Center, is immediately available and ready for dispatch within the Agency's power pool. It will supply 120 MW of electricity to 13 Florida communities. We're honored to share the facility's existing team accepted offers to join FMPA to continue supporting its operations.
